Individual Policy
- All nightly rates are subject to accommodations tax of $2 per night, provincial sales tax and GST.
- A deposit equal to 50% of the total purchase before taxes is required upon reservation. Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the check-in date. Cancellations made later will incur a penalty of $50 to be retained from the deposit. The deposit is non-refundable and will be kept for a period of one year in the customer's name.
Pets
Small pets are welcome at Manoir de Tilly, under certain conditions. The animal (dog or cat) must weigh less than 25 pounds and be kept in a cage or kennel when the owners are out of the room. A fee of $50 per stay will be billed for cleaning.

No fee if postponed within 6 months. After 6 months, a fee of $450 will be required.
No changes may be made to a package once this contract has been signed. Any request for additional items must be made in writing and will be adjusted according to regular price.
Corporate Policy 2/2
The exact number of attendees (resident and non resident) must be confirmed no later than 15 days before the event. After this date, the final confirmed number will be billed unless the number of attendees is higher.
Each attendee must pay personal expenses checkout. The final bill for the costs of the stay, etc. will be posted to your attention when the group leaves and is payable upon receipt. A 2% will be added after 45 days, with a postmark deadline. 2% fee on the "Master Account" bill paid by credit card.
